Astral Spa is a process of rejuvenation, relaxation and release at a subtle yet profound level that supports your physical and energy body's own ability to heal in beneficial unexpected ways.
The Moon plays an important role in any undertaking where you want to achieve visible or material results. It governs nourishment; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

4 x 30-minute Giza Crystal Reiki sessions performed remotely by me on your behalf, every Monday for the week ahead. (When there are FIVE Mondays in a month you score a bonus session)!
